Shell & Tube Heat ExchangersCryoquip Australia manufactures, supplies and service a range of shell and tube heat exchangers.Exchangers are fully engineered units for vaporising and superheating liquefied gases. All units feature the SPIRO-Vane tube bundle developed specifically for liquefied gas vaporisers. This development virtually eliminates film boiling in the vaporising zone for higher heat transfer rates, prevents liquid slugging and assures highly efficient performance.The optional temperature control system features a pneumatic temperature controller to regulate steam input to the vaporiser. This integrated system is non-electric, ensures uniform gas discharge temperatures and years of trouble and service free performance. The vaporiser is completely factory assembled. The exchangers shell includes weatherproof insulation which is jacketed with a aluminium protective cover.
